With a focus on AI and immersive experiences, NRF Asia-Pacific attracts 9.500 attendees

NRF 2025: Retail’s Big Show Asia Pacific ended its edition with a positive balance and record attendance. Held in Singapore, the event brought together 9,500 registrants from more than 70 countries, featured more than 240 exhibitors and sponsors, and had more than 150 speakers discussing the future of retail in the region.

Highlights included technological solutions that are already impacting the sector, such as personalization with Artificial Intelligence, immersive in-store experiences, new approaches to supply chain, and omnichannel strategies.

The congress debates addressed topics such as maintaining relevance in the face of increasingly demanding consumers, how to scale businesses in such a diverse market, and how to structure sustainable operations.

Names such as Samuel Sanghyun Kim, from Lotte Retail, Alice Liu, from Golden ABC, and Jamie Salter, from Authentic Brands Group, participated in the keynotes and parallel sessions. The presentations were translated into several languages, expanding the reach of the content.

In addition to the content, attendees were given access to tours of innovative stores in Singapore and the trade show, curated by experts. The CEO Club brought together 100 industry leaders to discuss regional challenges and collaboration strategies.

The next edition of NRF Asia Pacific has already been scheduled: June 2-4, 2026, again in Singapore. Registration for new exhibitors opens in July 2025.
